Located in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Danche Washing Station works with smallholder farmers growing coffee at elevations of 1,950–2,200 metres. Rich volcanic soil, a cool mountain climate and careful cherry selection produce coffees known for vibrant fruit, floral elegance and exceptional sweetness.

Red Honey

Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked before being depulped, leaving a generous layer of fruit mucilage on the beans. The coffee is then slowly dried on raised African beds, developing sweetness, body and complexity while preserving its vibrant fruit character and delicate tea-like finish.
